Olive oil - this oil, olive depressed cold
molding. It is of first grade (olive) and the second
(table or salad). Refined olive oil has a pleasant
taste, light yellow or green (from chlorophyll) color and almost
no odor. It consists of the following fatty acids:
palmitic, stearic, oleic, freezes at a temperature of 5 °.
Olive oil is used as a condiment to the same dishes and in the same
amount as sunflower oil.
