The durability and quiet operation of rear axle
depends on the correct and accurate assembly of the main transmission.
When assembling the main gear must be provided:
proper installation and mutual driving and driven gears
and installation of pinion size for mounting with
(see Fig. 100);
the desired lateral clearance between the teeth of the driving and driven
gears;
preload pinion bearings.
