Removing and installing lower control arm bushings and replace blocks

Loosen the nut 6 (see Fig. 133) and 7 and beat out light strikexsaxis of a lower arm, and then freely removed spacer sleeve 2, 3 holders and washers 4. Carefully inspect the silent-blocks in the lower arm 5. At detection of a large abrasion rubber bushings, if the internal metal sleeve is moved or rotated force hand replace the silent block. For Extrusion silent block device is used (Fig. 134). Were in operation carefully inspect the lower arms. At the presence of cracks or levers deep holes, replace with new ones. Silent blocks are pressed in the lower arm, using the same device. It is necessary to ensure a match ends (See Fig. 133) outer sleeve, and a silent block bushes, welded to the lever.
