Removing and installing lower control arm bushings and replace blocks
Lower the lever can be removed from the vehicle after
prior removal of suspension springs. Sequence
differs from previous work that does not require
disconnection of the upper arm, steering rod and flexible brake
hose, but you must protect hoses from damage.
After removal of the spring, do the following: unscrew the nut 26
(See Fig. 123) and knock out punches easy fastening bolts 23
holders to the flanges cross pendants. Remove the lower arms
along the axis.
WARNING! Pay attention to the spacers 24, installed
slots in the holders. If mistreated they may be

Carefully inspect the silent-blocks in the lower arm 5. At
detection of a large abrasion rubber bushings, if the internal
metal sleeve is moved or rotated force hand
replace the silent block. For Extrusion silent block
device is used (Fig. 134).
Were in operation carefully inspect the lower arms. At
the presence of cracks or levers deep holes, replace with new ones.
Silent blocks are pressed in the lower arm, using the same
device. It is necessary to ensure a match ends
(See Fig. 133) outer sleeve, and a silent block bushes,
welded to the lever.
Installation of the lever in the reverse order.
Nuts 6 and 7 on the screw axis with a little effort, as their
Final tightening is performed on the car, with an average
position of leverage. This is necessary to ensure the most
favorable conditions of the rubber sleeve silent blocks.
