Hub assembly begins with the pressing of the outer rings
bearings (if installed new bearings, they should
be free from grease by washing conservation in kerosene).
The outer rings are pressed into the hub with special
bars (Fig. 170).
At the press or hammer on the mandrel outer ring evenly
without the dxistortions in the zapressuyte hub all the way to the collars.
Then fill lubricant separators inner rings
bearings, ensuring complete filling of space around
commercials, and put the inner bearing inner ring in the
hub. Putting the ring on top of a layer of lubricant,
zapressuyte cuff with a special mandrel (see Fig. 169).
After this season the cavity of the hub lubricant, put
in the hub outer bearing inner ring, and with it
slide the hub on a pin.
Twisting the inner rings are not allowed because they may cause
jamming and destruction of the bearing.
