Bracket consists of two cast-iron buildings, tied with bolts and
located on both sides of the disc. In each case there is at
two hydraulic cylinders of different sizes. each pair of
oppositely arranged cylinders connected to drilling,
made into the body guard, forming two independent working circuit.
Brake pads are made of four friction material,
molded on steel bearing plates and fixed by two
cotter pin 5.
The design provides for automatic adjustment bracket clearance
between the pads and the disc as the wear and tear.
To protect the working surfaces of the disk on a disk brake mechanism
installed a shield 3, which prevents ingress of dirt and moisture and at the same
while allowing a sufficient cooling disk.
