Measurement of the initial speed of the rotor of the generator and the regulated voltage
To measure the initial speed of the rotor of the generator and
regulated voltage control is required to stand the test drive
ensuring a smooth change of speed in the range
0-5000 min, and the following devices.
A. DC voltmeter accuracy class 0.5 with a scale of 0-30 V.
Two. Ammeter DC accuracy class 1 or 1.5 with the same scale of 0-60 A.
Three. The tachometer, which allows to measure the speed in the range 0-5000 1 \ min.
4. Load resxistor for a current to 60 A.
Checking the initial speed of the rotor of the generator.
Set the generator to the stand. In this power winding excitation
is the source of DC voltage of 12.5 V and fixed
voltmeter to V1 (Fig. 203). Switch Q1 is closed, and switches B2 and B4
are open. The switch closes when the EOI check with the load.
When tested with no load and load rotor speed increases,
until the voltage, fixed on the voltmeter V2, reaches values of 12.5 V.
When tested with a load current of 32 A is set, then
measured rotor speed.
Check regulated voltage.
Check the regulated voltage is connected to the battery
battery. In this case the switch must be open B1, and B2-B4-breakers
closed before the start of the rotation of the rotor. The first switch is closed B4.
Voltage at the battery should be 12,2-12,6 B.
Adjustable voltage is fixed according to the voltmeter V1. Readout
performed at a frequency of rotation of the rotor 3600 1 \ min and the power of the load current 16 A
