Instruments and appliances for testing: a rheostat, voltmeter, the control
Check the voltage relay produce with a rheostat to be included
in the circuit relay. Gradually decreasing the resistance of the rheostat to determine
voltmeter the voltage at which the main relay xcontacts are closed.
This voltage should noxtexceed 9 V. High voltage indicates
the presence of fault relay coils or mechanical damage to the system
Drive starter. With a test lamp check for closure
the mass of all the clips on the cover of the relay.
