All gear transmissions are slanting teeth, except gear 11
(Fig. 75) and 36 reverse gears and the corresponding crown
intermediate gear unit. The box is equipped with
synchronizers for, including first, second, third and
fourth gear. The primary shaft 1, gears 13, 10, 8, respectively
first, second and third gears are in constant
meshes with the gear unit 30 of the intermediate shaft. Slave
gear 11 reverse gears moving in the slots of the hub.
Gears first, second, third second gear mounted on the secondary
shaft with steel bushings 25. In the intermediate gear transmission
Reverse bronze bushing is pressed. Mechanism
gear is mounted on the side of the lid.
In the crankcase 48 on the stationary rod 42 has two
sliding plug 43 include forward gear. Fork 46
including reverse gears taken out with the cross-
roller 45 on the side opposite the side of the lid.
Steel bracket 22 rear engine mount is located on the flange
in the middle of the extension 17.
Transmission is controlled by the gearshift lever,
mounted on the floor mechanism.
The technical condition of the gearbox is determined by the values of
gaps in the basic details of the conjugate (Table 10, 11).
